Make A Complaint

CABCC takes any and all complaints very seriously. Complaints will be followed up within three (3) business days with the Practitioner. The alleged complaint, date and nature of the complaint will be revealed to the Practitioner, but YOUR name, address and telephone number WILL NOT. You will be notified in writing what the outcome of the investigation was. You may file a complaint directly by email to complaints@cabcc.org or fill out the form below.

Your name will not be disclosed to the Body Contouring Practitioner. However, the details of your complaint will be described to the practitioner. The CABCC will address your allegations fairly and honestly and will follow up with the result of that complaint via email. The CABCC's goal is to better our Practitioners and keep our consumers using their services safe and within the Practitioners legal scope of practice. The CABCC thanks you for your concern!
